    Stupid damned UKBA probably.

    It does highlight the importance of using RECORDED DELIVERY and taking several copies of all documents and correspondence whenever dealing with faceless bureaucrats though.

    no they got a kid, so at worse she will be foreced to go 10yr route,

    if they got evidence they posted it on time, and that she passed the english test then she will not be deported,
