    Curriculum Bee

So My daughter wins her school spelling bee contest again, yeah...we are so proud of her,

So now does that tell me that my daughter is extremely intelligent
or does it shine a bad light on the UK curriculum that a child who's
''second'' language is English win this competion six times since
moving here in the 4th term??

I have noted over the years that those at school from outwith the UK often do better than their British counterparts. I think it is because they work harder.

I have instilled study habits since she started school, thats why she didnt have to work much harder and I guess it has something to do with the genes
