    I'll be staying in.

Not had any alcohol at all this Xmas and won't be having any New Year either.
    Think I've become teetotal.

I'm having a get together with about 10 others. Should be fun.

We aim to start at 6.30pm and finish at 6.30am

Not as fun as it sounds though, I am doing a 12 hour nightshift at work!

Quiet night for us ... Myrna doesn't touch alcohol at all (through choice!) and, being diabetic, yours truly isn't supposed to!!

Carina is working tomorrow until 10pm and then again New Years day so I know the feeling.
Nevermind, I know Carina is happy taking care of her residents, and I know she loves me so much.

S'pose it'll be a few beers and few posts here until she gets home.
Not sure if we'll do Karaoke but hope so.

Well Arthur, I hope you and Myrna enjoy your evening together.
Since we arrived back from Philippines Carina has had a very hectic schedule and hasn't been able to phone Myrna yet. Sorry for that.
I'm sure she'll call when she can.

From both of us to both of you have a nice evening and have a peaceful new year.
    God Bless all there.

    Happy Hogmanay

Going into town tonight for the fireworks, theres always a tangible wave of excitement on embankement as the pyrotechnics light up the thames, gets cram packed but a great way to see in the new year,I hope everyones dreams are granted in 2013

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.
