Report of marriage with polish citizen

Hello Dear Kababayans.

I would like to seek an advice regarding my marriage which was not reported to the Phils embassy in Poland.
I got married with my husband (Polish citizen) Jan. 7, 2012. We are now staying in UK and would like to ask if it is possible to register our marriage here? instead of going back to Poland and doing the looong process.

I would also like to renew my passport which will expire on July 2013. I would like to know the requirements because I want to change my surname with my husband's.

it says there that: If marriage was performed outside the United Kingdom, please submit the original and four (4) photocopies of the marriage certificate which is duly authenticated by the Embassy in the United Kingdom of the country where marriage was celebrated.

just want to know where did you get married?
my sister has a polish bf and they plan to have a church wedding in the phils but not so sure what are the requirements for her polish bf to marry her. would really appreciate your help. regards
