Overseas Job whilst on spouse visa

i take it you don't have ILR yet ?
if not there are no set number of days you have to be in the UK to be granted ILR, but the UK is suppose to be your home.
some people have spent maybe a year or so out of the UK because of work and still got ILR, but part of it i think is on the discretion of the case worker.

yes im not holding a ILR yet, Just arrived here last Oct 2012. What about the tax do i need to pay?
