    We always encourage members to share their knowledge on anything and everything.

    Regarding Tax, the general rule of thumb is to consider paying tax at the source of income.
    Of course there are always exceptions and double taxation agreements etc.
    so you'd need to be more specific about the country source of income.
    Sometimes it's quite tricky. Be careful, no-one likes tax surprises.

    As joe said, there's no restrictions on absences for ILR

    It's only for citizenship.
    HO will not give dispensation even you ask/inform them

    Rules is rules
