hi steve, i will buy the plot, its a good price, you familiar cuasi loon in bohol?? i go there on day 19th to see, if i like the surrounding we purchase the 2 plots. same size 172.83 sq.m.

I know a couple of English guys up there in Loon.. Nice area but a bit too far away from Tab B for me. Last time we drove up there for a fiesta Im sure it was about an hours drive.
