Bank in Hong Kong that offers Peso and Sterling time deposits and FX conversions

Anyone know of any Hong Kong bank that offers deposit accounts in Pesos? A facility to set automatic exchange rate triggers to convert from GBP into PHP would also be useful.

Yes, the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation, otherwise known as HSBC (although technically its a London based company), will provide that service. You can have multiple currency accounts and multi country accounts linked, allowing you to instantly transfer between any country which you hold an account instantly. We hold HSBC accounts in three countries now and find the facility excellent, with superb exchange rates and minimal fees.
