My fav was a simple gag when asked if he could identify himself Tommy looked in a mirror and said "Yes thats me"
Dolphy and Joey De Leon, their humour is an aquired taste but pinoys seem to like them
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.
John Bishop!

...When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible...
The best comedian? The one who is known worldwide, who has fan clubs in multitudinous countries?Whose humour transcends all borders?Mr Bean,Rowan Atkinson

I think Ronnie Corbett, Ronnie Barker and Griff Rhys-Jones are the most talented.
Much better than some of these stand up comedians such as Michael McIntyre, Billy Connolly and Peter Kay.
It depends if you're talking about comedy characters or comedians.
Another poster mentioned Mr Bean, which is funny, but i think Rowan Atkinson was brilliant as Edmund Blackadder. In fact, that series has got so many great characters, including Baldrick, General Melchett, Lord Flasheart and, IMHO Hugh Laurie's greatest ever character, Prince George.
As for stand up comedians, I like Dara O'Briain, Russell Howard, Andy Parsons and the types that are often on Mock The Week.
Does anyone remember Bob Newheart, (Driving Instructer)?
I used to like Kelly Monteith
Harry Enfield
AN HAPPY WIFE IS A HAPPY LIFE
My favorite of favorites is Ricky Gervais...
I didnt even bother watching the Golden globes this year as he didnt host it..
I just love the way he can take the piss out of Hollywood stars in their own back yard and they still clap him!!!
Too many for me to come up with a favourite but the one I most loath (that is if he can even be classed as a comedian) is Russell Brand.
Russell Brand, I agree he's a right Dickhead!!
I quite like him.
Ah, hold on: ... Worthy of mention - for those of us belonging to an older generation - Harry Worth!
Mr. Pastry !
Us kids loved him.
.
...and 'Old Mother Riley', on the radio, Saturday morning kids' matinee and Saturday afternoon movies on the telly.
I like Jose Marie Borja Viceral( popularly known as Vice Ganda)
... Sacha Baron Cohen ( Ali G,Borat Sagdiyev,Bruno Gehard,Admiral General Aladeen)...and the comic duo David Edward Walliams and Matthew Richard "Matt" Lucas (Little Britain)
''Don't be serious..Be Sincere''
There are many... But recently, I enjoyed watching Mrs. Brown's Boys and Russel Howard's Good News
