don't u talk to me about parades in NI!

i couldn't get home from work coz there was a parade outside my house and i can't even park on my street
i am OUTRAGED
and i can say nothing to anybody about it or else . . . .

Personally I would, rather, love to go and see the "Sinulog" in Cebu.

I have done the Mardi Gras, The Carnival in Rio and London's Notting Hill.
Plus observed a couple of Apprentice Boys Parades in N. Ireland...
That wasn't by choice... Just at the wrong place the wrong time....

So, in January 2009, we will be going as a couple... And take part in the Sinulog.
Provided that the ECO will have decided, by then, to issue that Family Permit to my wife.
