    100% - I'd be a disgrace if I'd scored anything less

    How did you do?

Applicants for British citizenship will be expected to answer 75% of 24 questions correctly.

    You scored 100%!
Based on that short version it seems to me to be much easier than before.

    in the UK.

that is a good question, as in some 'cultures' its acceptable to marry girls as young as 11 or 12

a 14yr old girl caring for her 2 children ..

I wonder if there'll be any transitional arrangements for this new test?

I would guess quite a lot of folks are currently studying the old version.

March seems quite soon to introduce such a different testing base.

90 percent in the first test. Like Joe & Les, I put 21 as being the minimum age for jury service ... when, in fact, it's 18!

80% or 12 out of 15 in Peter's test ... along with a congratulatory message to the effect that I can keep my British passport ... ... good news!

... although I daresay some here might, on occasion, feel inclined to tell the authorities where to "stuff it" ... or words to that effect.

90% in the first one, same as everyone else, damn jury! I went for 21 aswell!

11 out of 15 on the second. There was some tough ones in there that I had no idea about! I wonder how many got the "trick" first question wrong. Foreigners I've spoken to over the years never seem to understand it :P
