Ok guys sorry about this but the rules are changing all the time so I need your advice please. Is this all I need to apply?
1.Employment letter (stating how long youve been working with them,your salary,your position and contract)
2.Employment Contract
3.P60 form
4.Payslips
5.Bank Statements
6.Landlord's Support Letter
7.Tenancy Agreement
8.Accommodation Pictures (room,kitchen,bathroom)
9.Passport Bio data page and stamped pages of sponsor (with signature)
10.Sponsor's Support Letter.
Thanks in advance.
11. Pension statement.
12.Birth certificate.
13.Evidence of divorce ????? is that right?

The wife has got the boarding passes etc.

Anything else guys?

Hi Andy. I am wondering what specific visa you are applying for.

I've read a lot here saying there is no list of required documents but it wouldn't hurt to add sponsor's utility bills, insurance/premium bond certificates (if any) and birth certificate? (based on my approved application)

Hi Andy. You may also consider the following:
- Evidence of divorce if you were married previously
- Cash savings (optional)
- Correspondence addressed to your current place(i.e. EDF, TV licensing, Council Tax, NHS)

Evidence of relationship
- Boarding passes of your trips to/from the Philippines
- Hotel bookings (optional)
- Email history
- Telephone bills reflecting calls/number in the Philippines

Andy, your P60 is showing your income and tax paid in the 12 months from April 2011 to April 2012 so it's already out of date.
It's also no longer indicated as a requirement by UKBA (for the very limited relevence)

Sorry guys i just finished a night shift thanks for your input. Firstly its a spouse visa. Thanks filbrit and vernier caliper and terpe. It looks like I missed a few things off. Im just getting the documents sorted for the application in july. If the rules dont change by then.

I'm assuming that your wife has got all the evidence of the relationship Andy, chat logs phone bills tickets and a nice selection of photos.

Yes marco she saves them all. Had a nice letter from her today too.. Im ashamed to say it but she writes better than me.

Andy, I didn't send landlords support letter, only tenancy contract. By the way, they all write better than us, and good luck with everything.

Yes you do.
Please take care to follow well all the required documentation and instructions.
If you have any doubts about anything do be sure to call VFS they are very helpful.
