Never heard about CESOL or maybe what you meant is Cambridge ESOL. Anyway, i forgot to mention the English Requirement. I did take IELTS at the British Council in Oud Metha. Book her test as early as possible, General Test is not frequently offered.
Good luck on the application
Don't just try, DO IT!
there, Rose. There's long been a bone of contention on this forum as to whether sponsoring partners are permitted to accompany visa applicants inside the British Embassy building in Manila. Now ... whereas I've consistently maintained they ARE - based on the fact that I WAS when Myrna applied for hers back in January 2009 - others say theirs WEREN'T and had been told to remain outside ... thus leaving me wondering whether the decision depended on the "mood" of the security guards on
duty at the entrance.
My husband (boyfriend status that time) is also a UK resident, as in working and living in the UK. He has no UAE residence permit. And because UAE visit visa is free for British he used to visit me on weekends, flight to Dubai on Friday after his work and return to UK on Sunday evening.
Shinx, have you reviewed the UKBA requirements for the visa?
Can you comply with the Financial Requirement for example ?
Yes have reviewed it my salary is more than the minimum required and soon will have 6 months payslips. I am not sure about how any savings are calculated and or when required perhaps calculated by salary. We have 2 years contact one meeting and getting my own apartment for 2 very soon...
