Now I would never have guessed that.

When are the knuckleheads at UKBA going to realise that there are whole COMMUNITIES involved in these scams ? Families and communities that include LAWYERS, IMMIGRATION ADVISERS, COUNCILLORS, BUSINESS OWNERS, PROPERTY LANDLORDS, RELIGIOUS LEADERS, GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, and MPs.

Good, they might as well put a limitation on entrepreneurs category depending on its definition. E.g. When a foreigner applied and get an entrepreneur visa just to open a retail market?
