Please could i have some help with this.

I need a Certificate of No Impediment as i am going to marry in the Philippines soon. Can you please answer me a few quick questions.

What information on my fiancee do i need to know/take along?

What information do i need to bring for myself?

Any other information that they need please

and when i do the certificate do they keep my passport for 21 days with other documents as well?

and once i have the certificate off them after 21 days is it all done and i can ready myself to leave the country to get married?

Hi Paul and welcome to the forum
All the information you require regarding CNI is available here.
You will need to know your fiancés full name address and date of birth and they will ask you where you are getting married.
You will of course need your own birth certificate and proof of divorce if you have been married before. The process here takes 22 days and they will not keep your passport.
Paul please be aware that in order to get married in the Philippines you need to get your CNI converted into a local certificate of legal capacity to marry. This has to be obtained from the British Embassy. You can actually make an appointment to have this done before you leave the UK so send them an email requesting an appointment when you arrive. When I went it was all sorted out on the same day at the embassy.

Do you know anything about ACR and what is a community tax certificate.

Thanks for that Bigmarco, i need to get things done fast to go and take the stress off my fiancee sorting things out in the Philippines.
Does the date of the marriage have to be final or can it be tentative date as trying to sort out multiple things fast so not quite got fixed date yet.

I obtained mine a couple of years ago and was unable to provide an exact date only the month.

There's plenty of highly detailed information here in the forum.
I do really suggest you devote some time to research, that way you can be better prepared to ask specific question around your own circumstances.

There are very many folks here who have followed the path you will take and will be happy to help you.

It's really a big ask to provide detailed information to generic questions.

May I kindly suggest you contact your local registry office in the first instance who will tell you exactly what they require.
The CNI you receive will be valid for 3 months.
You need to exchange the UK CNI for a local CNI and this needs to be done at the British Embassy. An appoinment needs to be booked quite some time in advance. Chaeck out the British Embassy website for the latest info on that and how to get your appointment.

You need to spend time to understand the processes and how they will impact your and your fiance(e) right up until after you are married.

acr , i dont know, perhaps someone here will know,

community tax cert, seems to be philippines,it seems there it can be used as a secondary form of identity proof, is this required by your fiancee?

I think the Church people want the ACR Alien Certificate of registration, i think i get it from bureau of immigration but don't know much about it yet.

Tried to post last night but moderator needed to look before it was posted and not up yet, was just saying thanks bigmarco for advice and imagine too and will research those now.

I've been told the 90 day single entry visa starts from day of issue,also told the 59 days Maximum stay also starts from day of issue. Is this true could somebody tell me?
