Last 2010 she went back here to have her master degree.. Last year, she get pregnant (We're having a baby boy ) Then her parents advised us and insist that she'll give birth in the UK. So she went home last January of this year.

Our first plan is for me to go there for a visit during her due date of giving birth. But then we've decided that they will just visit me after giving birth. And hopefully we can process our papers, get married and we'll go together to UK.

Can someone advise please on what are the best actions or steps that we should do for us to live together in UK?
Herbie, I hope you reviewed the helpful links that members here already provided for you.
I hope you have already agreed a plan of how to meet the UKBA Financial Requirement ? Or if your fiancee is able to make a valid case for an exemption?
You both would need to settle this matter very urgently.

Please follow those links.

UK settlement under the circumstances you have divulged is no easy challenge.
I would advise you act now. There can be no reliance upon 3rd party financial support.
