IM HAVING PROBLM with my visa coz it will runs out on 10 of this month. i cant apply coz my husband dont want to sign and support my papers. i dont know whats gonna happnd to me. i dont want to be illigal here. is there any option so i can stay legally thanks a lot

i am applying for indfinite leave to remain my husband give his docs to except passport coz im not snding it yet. now hes making hard on m signing my applications i dont know y. we r arguing about m working but i have to work coz hes tight with money. he said h cant afford. i told him ill pay evn if i barrow mony to a frind but still he dont want to sign it so i dont know what to do

Hi Cherrysorra I hope your husband will support you in your visa application, talk to him again and try to explain calmly, maybe its just some misunderstanding or maybe he doesn't want you working coz he's (will be) jealous or afraid you'll find someone else, just assure him. Maybe that will change his mind..

I don't know anything about ILR, but mayb its alright as long as its not beyond the expiry date of ur FLR visa...but wait for the advise of the respected member here who knows more about this and search UKBA maybe about ILR thing...goodluck!

you can send it upto 28 days b4 your visa expires, so anytime from now,but the sooner the better, in case of any problems taking payment for the visa fee, but to be safe the latest date i would send it would be Friday the 15th or Saturday the 16th and send it by next day special delivery and keep the receipt to show that you sent it.

yes what counts is the day you posted it, you could post it on the 10 but thats a sunday, so 8th is . thats why you need a receipt of proof of posting
