how many days im allowed out of UK?

Hello guys we're planning to go back home January next year and im here on my spouse visa,question is how many days in a year im allowed out of UK?loads of thanx

there no set figure at the moment, but the UK is suppose to be your home, thou there was if you was applying for citizenship. but upto 90 days a year you shouldn't have a problem.

Up to 3 months in any one year before ILR is granted.

Plenty of time for hols.
