thank you Doc Alan for yet another excellent post,
i think it seems some hospitals fair better than others in the quality of care, perhaps having to depend on their own finance limits per year, and perhaps the type of treatment required in some areas and not others, demands must differ somewhat,
i think it could also be true that some wards within the same hospital can differ in the quality of care, perhaps this is also down to financial allowance differences, meaning to say that wards treating one type of illness may recieve more funding than another ward treating something else,
i cant judge other hospitals such as my home town hospital as its been many years since i had a visit there, i can only make judgment on aberdeen forrester hill for all the excellent care i have recieved there , doctors , nurses , cleaners, and all those who never get a mention, appointment clerks , car park attendants and the guys that push your wheel chair or trolly you to xray etc, i'm not saying there are no faults, but still i give 100% praise to them all
