I met my filipina wife here in England, so you could try and do the same. You just need to meet some filipinas socially. But without knowing your personal situation, interests, etc. it's difficult to give any advice on that!

Another option is to spend a decent amount of time in the Philippines (say 6 months). But that would mean quitting your job or taking a sabatical. I don't know if this would be practical for you.
