The reason I knew she was genuine is when she sometimes worked a 16 hour shift as a nurse then still found time to chat to me via the internet for another 3 hours sometimes running down the road in the pouring rain just to make sure she was there on time
I wasn't sure mine was genuine when we met back in October.. But like yours mine will work a 14 hour day and still find time to chat to me and only get 4-5 hours sleep, as much as I tell her to sleep and we can skype another time she will always want to speak to me and fall asleep whilst chatting.
Even tonight she was falling asleep at 11pm her time while we chatted on skype, but she insisted on staying online to talk.... It was so at midnight she could wish me a happy valentines, which she did exactly at 12am on the dot, by 12.05 she was fast asleep, i still have skype on and she is still asleep at now after 2am.
Hopefully the connection will stay on and I can say good morning to her later
As for finding a genuine one, trust your instincts, if you think something is not right then it probably isn't
