For Catholic Church Requirements below are the basic documents you need to provide.


1. Baptismal and Confirmation certificate with "For Marriage Purposes" annotation. You can request this from the Parish Church where you were baptized and had the confirmation. Since you are both Catholic there will be no problem I suppose.

2. Marriage License, you can get this from your fiancee's home town.

3. CENOMAR for your filipina fiancee and CNI for you (read Terpe's provided link above).
