Where is the justice in all this

My wife and I need to show £18600 income for FLR to extend her visa in just over 2 years time, I know this is easy to show but what if lets just say things dont come together eg: sickness ect where would we stand, I bet my wife would be deported even though our son is british.....

Damm this makes me so angry
