I can't help
ing with joy...
All of the documents we submitted for my FLR(M) application arrived today. Never mind the torn edges of the envelope, as every single document we submitted were returned safely!
I haven't received my BRP yet but I think it is part of the waiting game.
I would like to share my FLR(M) timeline in the hope that it will give light to those members who are still waiting for their application's decision.
28 Aug 2012 - Posted my FLR(M) application while on a honeymoon in Bristol. The reason for doing so was because my visa will expire on the 12th of September 2012. There was a problem because after posting, I realised that I should have used FLR(M) Form version 07/2012 instead of 04/2012
31 Aug 2012 - Visa fee withdrawn from my husband's bank account and acknowledgment letter arrived... Despite the fact the I used an outdated form.
................and there was a long wait..
29 Jan 2013 - I received a letter from UKBA dated 24 Jan 2013 asking me to complete a current version of FLR(M) Form and asking for documents IMPOSSIBLE to produce.
1 Feb 2013 - We wrote a letter to R Chadwick outlining the errors of her letter dated 24/01/2013 and explaining why I can't provide the documents she asked.
8 Feb 2013 - Met with Craig Whittaker, MP to seek help. He suggested not taking the Ombudsman route as it will make matters complicated.
9 Feb 2013 - Received a letter dated 07/02/2013 for my Biometrics appointment.
12 Feb 2013 - my Biometrics enrolled at Leeds Post Office in New York St.
TODAY (23/02/2012) - Received all my documents back
with a letter enclosed dated 07/02/2013 (same date they wrote the letter for my biometrics appointment) So, has UKBA decided to return my documents even though I have not enrolled my Biometrics yet?
I am still waiting for my BRP....But thanks a lot to the members and moderators who have been very helpful
. My passport just arrived in time so I can sit my CBT without hassles. To those who are still waiting, you will eventually get there.
