Hello - can anyone help?

my wife gave birth to our daughter in December. We registered the birth at the city hall, however the NSO in Butuan say that the birth certificate will take 6 months- One year to arrive!! Is this right?


I need the birth cert to arrive before JUly.

Should the birth certificate take this long?

Let your wife file for the advance endorsement in the local registrars office (butuan) for the speed up of the birth certificate for your child.
