I am actually surprised how this thread has taken off. It appears many of us have tattoos (or will have in my case). I guess we do not see them as some would say 'tramp stamps' but as rememberances of special moments or people in our lives.
Keep posting people.
If you want your dreams to come true ...... first you have to wake up
I personally don't have any tattoos, primarily because I'd be fired from my present position and seriously struggle to find another job with one.
I do find that they are very personal, and for the high visible ones I believe they are a statement, whether thats rebellious, individuality, attention seeking or just a sheer passion for art.
I can certainly admire a beautiful tattoo on a beautiful female body, but thats where my interest ends. :-)
good to see your ok Ros
how r u these days
Unless it’s a pigment of my imagination, Ded is being quite tactful on this thread ! Good to see tattoos on a few members !
Of course the forum is for opinions as well as factual information.
So long as everyone knows the possible risks of tattoos – not only to health, but also employment in some cases - then I’m happy to have given the facts without judgement ( http://filipinaroses.com/showthread....g-off-her-back ...#7 ).

Thanks Doc
Thanks Alan and Ded

Still bare.
Have thought about it throughout the years but could never decide on something i would be happy with for the rest of my life.
I think its great you are finally getting a tattoo in your 40's as you are mature enough to know exactly what you want.
Used to work with a guy who had this tattoo on his knuckles. Always wonder if he went for laser treatment when he got older!
