Plenty of awesome artists in and around south of England being as you are in Berkshire, you may have to travel a little bit to find the right artist though.

I have a design. Ladies face, a bit tribal, and some florals. Not too flowy feminine, and not too masculine sharp edges as well. I'm scared of picking the wrong artist and make my lady design looking cross-eyed. Hope not.

Haha, if you have reference material, or similar pictures, that would help. There's a quality artist out there for every style. A little bit of research and you will find an amazing artist
