Congratulations. I just arrived in England last Feb 23. If I wanted to take the exam this March, do you think its too early?
... it's never too early; indeed the earlier the better! I would, however, strongly advise you act NOW - and apply to an authorised Testing Centre closest to where you live - in order to secure a vacant slot before March 25.
