Yes dialing 141 doesn't withold a mobile. I've done it loads of times with the Pikeys even had one back at my door asking if I knew where number 19 was once. The flyer they left had a Harpenden landline code as well as 2 mobiles - that's about 40 miles away, shows how far these vermin range to rip folks off.
