It can be cheaper to book direct with the airline, it all depends on when you're going (don't go in the school hols its the most expensive time then), the airline might have special offer on and you can search for the cheapest datesok mate, so it works out cheaper if u dont book direct, il give it a go
I booked 4 tickets this time last year with Singapore Airlines for around £530 each.
