Help about CNI!

I'll be applying a fiancee visa next month..
My partner is divorce and going to provide his divorce decree...And here's the thing, does my partner still needs to send me a CNI?

Yes he will need his cni if gets married in the phils he needs to take this to the british embassy in manila & have exchanged for the philippine version

Hi Steve, we're not getting married here in phils. I will apply for a fiancee visa next month and we're confused if he still need to provide a CNI as one of the proofs for the fiancee visa application.

if your to marry in uk it shouldnt matter only when you apply to marry i had to get one as i married in phil as am aware you dont need to show for visa am sure others here will add to your question

Thank u hawk for taking time in answering my Q. That's what confuses us at the moment. Coz the CNI's validity is only 3 months.

You don't need a CNI to marry here in uk that's only for marriage outside uk.
You need to provide proof that you will actually marry here and live together.
