Yes two weeks is ok, I've been to Phil quite a few times for two weeks and it was ok!
If you're going to pay all that money for a flight, it's best to stay for 3 weeks in my opinion.
On my first two visits I stayed for just shy of two weeks and thought it was too short.

My last trip was only 2 weeks...my shortest ever.
Takes me a week to get over the jetlag properly anyway.
The longer the better. You can really adjust then, and will enjoy the place a lot more I reckon..as well as getting better value for your airfare.
My longest trip was 3 years.
(Shortest was 2 days, but that was 'commuting' from Hong Kong).
