Baking is something i enjoy most. I do bake my sons birthday cakes, husband and do for friends whenever i do dinner at home. Recently some individual asked me to bake cakes for them which of course would pay me. Am not doing this for regular business just for friends and acquaintances. Its just some sort of satisfying my hobby and break even my expenses. The question is do i need to call council to check my kitchen for food hygiene purposes as i dont want to put myself in trouble doing this. Thanks
