i made my application for fiancee visa last june28,2012 visa granted in 3weeks..the validity of my visa august 1,2012-feb.1,2013..i sent my FLR(M) application last january 11,2013 now praying that the application will be successful..still waiting for the decision..

If it was me, I would fill out the appeal and send it within the time allocated (recorded delivery)
You need to complete that within the time period anyway. Take your time and fill out to your best.

From what you've shared, I do not think the appeal will take place, but with UKBA who knows.
Be prepared to make a full claim for any costs incurred. Keep a written record with proofs of those costs.

I'm expecting the caseworker will get the decision reversed pretty fast as it's very clearly a very poor and bad mistake.

You're not the first and will not be the last. It's a disgrace. I feel ashamed at how you've been treated

Sir terpe, the case worker has been given to me the address where i send my supporting letter, proof of my fiancee visa email, print of uk boarder agency web site explaining that im in under the old rules coz i made my application before july 8, and not they just base a valid of my visa thats what they thought. And the address of the appeal is different sir, am i still send this to the address given? Please enlighten me this sir thank you

You must follow exactly the information given.
Send your supporting letter requesting a 'reconsideration' of the incorrect decision to the address given by the caseworker you discussed with.
The appeal is a completely different process and address. You MUST send the formal appeal papers to the appeal address.

Hi sir terpe, i sent already my supoorting letter to ukba. Your right sir when i check the new application form 13 dec 2012, then i lodge my application 14 december, so when i review again the refusal decision aside of financial requirements. They fucos on the new form so i wrote my explanation also that i never realized that there is a new form. About my appeal we ask help to citizen beaureu and i got my appointment to the advicer to review my form of appeal, and i will send that right away on monday to the given address, i hope this will be sorted out very soon...
