It was quite early this morning, heard a loud knock on the door. Went downstairs half asleep, there this postman handling over a massive envelop. There inside the envelop, all my flr documents and a letter from ukba saying my application has been accepted.
Few hours later, another letter came through with my brp.
So happy!!!
Just want to share my time line:
July 17,2012 - submitted the application
August 2, 2012 - acknowledgement letter from ukba received
Nov 23,2012 - biometrics done
Feb 25, 2013 - all my documents have been returned and received my brp at the same time.
Thank you all for the advice and support.Yes at last, my Maritess has passed her Life in the UK test today! And thats not all, she started work a couple of weeks ago, not many hours but at least its a proper job with the local authority, plenty of opportunities in the long term futureI'm so happy for her and very proud!!
