We got our Fiancee visa today! Took 28 Days !

Hi All,

After months of paperwork gathering, processing and flight to Manila from Davao we finally got the UK visa today in my fiancee passport, attended VFS on 7th February and got visa today 20th March.

Also I can confirm that you only need IELTS English test, passing the required listening (got 4.5) and reading got (4.0) part of the test, not the other 2 parts

Now she coming to UK on 27th May this year to marry 27th July

God bless u all the way...may i ask something and hope u wont mind.. it's all about the processing of fiancee visa... to give u further info, i met my bf last yr thru a dating site and almost a yr we met personally... i just wanna raise this question on how did u do all the paperworks.. coz honestly am very confused what steps do i shud prioritize... and now.. i was very disappointed when i dscovered no more consulate office here n cebu... since the in-charge already retired and got her way back to london... and now... some questions reli stirred on my mind on how to make things smoothly obtain success ... first question : is it reli necessary to visit the consulate? what for?

second: where to take the english test and what category do i have to take? and what's A1? and lastly: do u have any ideas where to have the medical exam? coz am from cebu... hope to hear from u soon.. and thank u...
