May I recommend you go to the 'Search' facility ... which can be found in the rectanglar box located on the far right of the bluish bar running along the top of this page ... then type in the words All New Guide - How to Apply for a spouse/partner visa, an excellent thread compiled by my good friend and fellow Moderator, Terpe, following IMPORTANT changes to the Immigration Rules in July 2012.

Hi Arthur, Thank you for your advice..because my fiancee wants to apply my visa in England and I dont know if the same process here in philippines so he asked me if how many months does it takes
