A Timely Reminder For Those Of Us Resident In The UK

Clocks go forward by 1 Hour at 02.00 hrs GMT tomorrow.

So ... if you're an 'early bedder' ... DON'T FORGET to "do it" - (no ... I'm NOT referring to* - though *that, of (inter)course, is entirely up to each couple!! ) -

    TONIGHT!

    Same for my wife.
She'll be up at 05:45am and she'll make sure I get up as well

She really makes a fuss about this one hour less sleep

No no no no NO. I keep having to say this

It is NOT an hour less in bed, it is an hour less at work. If say you finish at 5, then from now, you will be finishing at what last month would have been 4.

Funny how all the people who say it's an hour less in bed then point out that "ahh but you start earlier", yes but you bloody go to bed earlier as well

    Anyone forget ?

    Or not even bother?

I remember one year I really did forget, wondered why it was so quiet.
You can imagine how long ago it was, I got up early to light the fire (in the hearth with newspapers sticks and coal)
We had a concrete coal bunker outside, now there's posh

    Almost....
Me and my husband had to rush - because church service started at 9:30 am. He was still

... that's what my dad used to say, Michael; he always maintained it upset his routine for a day or two afterwards.

Well I forgot!...leisurly eating Sunday breakfast when my son announced it was 10:30 already. ...and i was supposed to be 15 miles away in half a hour. Result...I just carried on eating and decided to be late.

Good way to remember which way the clocks go! Spring Forward, Fall (autumn) Back!
