they will not accept our NSO marriage certificate authenticated by the DFA, which also has a sealed stamp from the British Embassy for my wife's spouse of an EU citizen's Schengen visa application
We deposited our marriage certificate at the British embassy to the General Registry Office (GRO) in the UK, they will write to us within 3-4 weeks to let us know that it has been successfully deposited in the UK.. so hoping then we could then order a true copy from the GRO with their sealed stamp hoping this will be enough to satisfy the Spanish consulate..
