the type of visa for my son is SETTLEMENT, but how about the type of application? the option are
1) WIFE (that's my type of application I register and the other one is
2) CHILD OR OTHER DEPENDANT OF SETTLED IN UK ( but im not settled yet because im still here in Philippines)...
3)some options are HUSBAND,CIVIL PARTNERSHIP, MARRIAGE, UNMARRIED PARTNER,FORMER UK ARMFORCE, FAMILY REUNION AND ETC..

Yes, type of visa is settlement (both you and for your son also)
Purpose of visa is settlement (both you and for your son also)
Type, for you is WIFE
Type for your son is CHILD or OTHER DEPENDANT OF SETTLED IN UK

You need to complete that form for your son on his behalf. When your sons form ask questions about 'you' or 'your' that is your son.
When your sons form ask about 'your' sponsor , that is your husband. He is the sponsor of both you and your son.

Just follow all the questions.

You must discuss this with your husband, He is the sponsor and he has by far the major input to the visa application and must also provide almost all the documentary evidence and ALL of the financial requirement.
He can help you complete the form

Importantly he must be earning a minimum gross salary of £22,400 per year unless he is exempt.
