We tried to use their service last December. As far as I know, the box we sent hasn't arrived yet and we tried to call the numbers on the website but nothing happened. It is sad how fellow Filipinos try to trick us.Originally Posted by Terpe

It's the UK bit of Manila Forwarder that's ceased trading - I think Manila Forwarder US franchised it out.
Send a letter to the Directors at the registered address as a first step, then follow up with trading standards.

I they based in worcester and they collect box anywhere in uk. They also have box their own. And collection is twice a week. I used them again this year.

i am one of victims of manila forwarder uk too. only this year at barrio fiesta in birmingham. I bought raffle ticket and thats the price i got manila forwarder box. I meant to send my october 2013 but no one replied or collected my box and tried to ring the number provided in the box but no one answer.
