Is UKBA just detecting more sham marriages ?
Or is it a growing trend ?

It was always going to be potentially easier since UKBA withdrew the need for marriage approvals. But then the system was just too lengthy with some folks waiting months and months.

Its a loophole of not going through the proper procedure has we have to on here. We will never know how many sham marriages have been done here. I would guess thousands.
