I agree with him too. Mrs Thatcher is entitled to a peaceful funeral, but please not at our expense. This should be a private affair paid for by the Thatcher family. I am sure that in her private life she was a wonderful women and mother BUT her public life was something else of which people will always be divided on. Personally i hated the Thatcher years and what it did for this country, BUT THAT IS MY OPINION. I know others don't feel the same but please respect other opinions as much as I will respect yours. It doesn't mean either is right or wrong. It certainly is wrong we should pay for her funeral , she should be treated like any other PM with the exception of Winston Churchil who obviously was a very special case.Originally Posted by andy222
