sorry cant remember how old is he?, worse comes to the worse and he is refused you can appeal and if that fails or is it possible you can go back to the phils for say upto 6 months live with your son and apply again, then it will be difficult to refuse you if you applied again. but thats the last resort,no,, they didn't interview him..
