    Worried

exactly 8 weeks today when my son went to vfs Cebu. I'm a bit worried coz my son is losing hope. He told me that he doesn't want to come here anymore coz he's had enough of waiting for the visa. When he submitted his visa he was dead excited and now that its taking a bit long, he's losing interest. He thinks they will refuse his application. He said 'oh well, it's cold there anyway and I don't have friends in there'.

Before I came here last 2008, I promised that ill bring him here asap but things didn't go the way I plan it. It took me 4 years to keep my promise. It's breaking my heart that he's giving up.

you'll get your son here one day, no matter what, its just when,,
did your son attend an interview ?
what reasons do you think they 'could' refuse him for ?

bhem_bhem, you stay here, at least you will be able to afford to see your son whenever you want, besides he may well get his visa yet. Good luck!

prob coz of sole responsibility.. hope we won't have to wait for another month, my son is too young to get stress.

sorry cant remember how old is he?, worse comes to the worse and he is refused you can appeal and if that fails or is it possible you can go back to the phils for say upto 6 months live with your son and apply again, then it will be difficult to refuse you if you applied again. but thats the last resort,
what visa do you have bhem_bhem ??
