Worried and Confused

Hi all!!i am so confused with the employment letter of my husband, the company confirmed that my husband earning the gross income of 18,980something, this is based on his emplyment contract. but then at the bottom of the letter says that my husband earned 17,900 only from april to march and it is appeared on his march payslip, together with the amount of how much tax he paid. i think march is the end of thier financial year, but we subtotal his salary base on his payslip from april to march its 18,811 something.

as long as he has wage that shows £18600 before tax your ok its when you get less than the amount you need to worry
