my husband's letter from work to submit

    to whom it may concern,
i can confirm that mr xxxxx,of xxxxx has worked for xxxx since 4th of july 2004,his current weekly earning before tax national insurance is 364.38.this gives him a yearly total of 18947.67.his wage slip is showing a final pay of 17900.35.this is because he has taken of 4 days off unpaid this year and due to the change to end of year process his final wage showing mid march instead of end of march which makes a look a further 2 weeks short...

what do u think guys about this letter?
we are applying next month due to my passport still on process,we gonna submit his payslips from june to may which i believe more than 18600.

Hmm. Not a very helpful letter when all said and done. Why did they put in that statement about final pay.

If the employer can't change, update or make a new letter you'll need to be sure to give an explanation.

Anyway, as long as the payslip & bank statement evidence can be submitted it should be OK, just a little risk.
Try to have the letter updated, just to reduce risks.

Also take a look here at this thread to see how the income is calculated and reviewed.

    No
Gross Income is the amount earned BEFORE anything is deducted at all.
