Question about ILR residency permit card VALID UNTIL?

Hi guys just want to ask if what's this mean? I received my ILR couple of weeks ago but just wondering about the valid date until 2023? Is it means expired? and if i don't apply for british citizenship in 10 years time is this means back to square one? help please and thanks in advance x

I'm not sure I understand your concern.
Can you take a look again at your post and be sure the ILR validity date is set at 2013??
When does you passport expire ?
There is no expiry to ILR it's indefinite (unles you leave UK for 2 years or more see note below)

In terms of application for British Citizenship, you may apply for this after 3 years living in UK as spouse.
There is absolutley no mandatory requirement to apply for British Citizenbship at any time.
You are free to remain here in UK under the ILR for a long as you want. The only constraint is that you do not live outside of UK for 2 years or more. In this case you would lose ILR.

OK Belle, no probs.
That makes more sense now.
Your ILR is safe and will not expire.
Just your card itself will need to be renewed.
That's in line with requirements for things like a Photocard Driving Licence or even a regular Passport.
If you didn't apply for British Citizenship at the time your card expires then just renew it. It doesn't mean the ILR has expired, only the card. (eg you photo will have changed etc - same for us all)
