CFO Question

Not sure if anyone can help, but my wife and I are in the process of a spouse visa application and are currently awaiting the outome of the visa application. We are aware that she will need to attend a CFO seminar and obtain a CFO sticker prior to travelling from the Philippines to the UK. We are a little unsure as to whether we need to have obtained the Visa before she can attend the CFO seminar or whether she can attend now (without the Visa approval). If anyone could help us with this it would be much appreciated.

Your wife can attend the cfo before she aquires the visa but will need to attend the second stage at the cfo to have the sticker applied to her passport hope this helps
