Hundreds of peace campaigners have started marching from Lincoln to RAF Waddington, in protest of a new fleet of armed drones being based in the UK for the first time.

ITV are wrong stating that a fleet is based in the UK - they are just being controlled from here instead of Nevada. With the only saving being returning a few RAF blokes from the US I don't know why they've bothered it just gives these idiots a place in the UK to demonstrate.

The authorities should use water cannons, bats and drones on the handwringers.

Some people will just moan and protest about anything.

I really don't see what the problem is. The drones can provide air support to our troops without risking the lives of British airmen. They're also cheaper to operate than traditional aircraft. Seems like a win-win situation to me.
